We take sustainable and Fair trade manufacturing seriously.

Part of our initiative is not only using organic cotton, natural minerals for dye purposes, and a fair trade facility, we also reduce the transit time between cotton to end garment.

Why this matters?

1) Cotton is Freshly picked - producing a better garment (less than 3 months transit time between the field and a final product)

2) Less Waste of dead cotton which happens when cotton is stored for long intervals.

3) Less use of electricity and water for our cotton storing facilities (we completely skip this step and go straight to yarn development)

Our Custom Fabric is made to make DTG prints higher in quality and more efficient. Standard blanks in the market despite claiming 100% cotton have polyester cut into the garment which gets in the way of DTG absorbing correctly. 

In addition other cotton blanks in the market are treated with a silicon wash which provides an artificial softness to the garment. Silicon finishes and washes interfere with the pre-treat process of the garment and reduces the rate and quality of absorption of DTG.
