Shipping policy
Shipping Times
All items on our website ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday Season our shipping can take up-to 5 business days excluding weekends.
Please check shipping addresses when placing an order - they can not be changed or updated as orders are processed fast.
Pre-order batch shippings
If you order ready to ship items with a pre-order item then the order will ship with the pre-order item of the latest date/batch. If you wish to split the order to get the ready items first you can contact customer service and they will charge a shipping fee. Or simply order the ready to ship items separately and pre-order separately.
Free Shipping
Retail orders within the USA qualify for free shipping on purchases over $125. Please note that free shipping does not apply if the shipping cost exceeds $40.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.
Delivered Packages:
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.
International orders
International orders might be charged import duties and taxes by customs upon arrival, 7thearthstudios is not responsible for any of them.
- 7thearthstudios is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages damaged during transit or delivery, please contact the courier directly in order to solve any problems that may arise upon transit or delivery.
- Our Shipping Couriers for international orders are UPS, Fedex, and USPS
- In case of returned packages due to any circumstances, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Shipping is non refundable.
Tips in the case of lost packages
First and foremost we recommend you check the shipping address you enter at check-out and make sure it is correct. If you are in doubt about your own address use your mom or dads address that is more reliable.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. In such cases, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist in the investigation but do not issue refunds or replacements until the carrier completes its review.
Pre-order policy
There are many inventory items classified on our website as "Pre-order." These items are on production in our factory and we run a continuous cycle in order to provide you and our customer base access to purchasing from us. Pre-order items are generally discounted from ready to ship items.
However please note that pre-orders because of the discounted price are also subject to the wait times listed on the product page. We do our best to fulfill the pre-order items in the dates specified on the product page. On some occasions pre-orders do get delayed due to complications of fabrication of our heavy gsm organic garments.
We choose quality over rushing fabric so if something does not pass our strict standards we reject it.

Missing Items From Your Order
We strive to ensure every order is accurately packed and delivered, in some cases items are shipped from different fulfillment centers or in multiple packages. Would recommend checking your order status first to see if any items are still not shipped before opening a claim. However, if you believe an item is missing from your order, please review the policy below:
- Any missing item(s) must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

- Photos of the packaging and packing slip received

Investigation Process:
Once your claim is submitted, we will review shipment records, including packing and carrier information, to verify the discrepancy.
