Privacy Policy
Seventh Earth Studios LLC
140 School Rd, Raeford, NC 28376, United States
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Seventh Earth Studios LLC (“7th Earth Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, make a purchase from, or otherwise interact with 7thearthstudios.com (the “Site”), our other websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and our emails, text messages, and social media pages (together, the “Services”).
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. If you have questions, contact us at omama@7thearthstudios.com or by mail at the address above.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways: directly from you, automatically from your device, and from third parties.
Information you give us
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, time zone, language, referring URL, the pages and products you view, the search terms you use, how you interact with the Site, and the approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies, which are described in Section 4.
Information from third parties
We may receive personal information about you from:
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, your consent where we have asked for it, and compliance with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers
We share personal information with companies that help us operate the Services, under contracts that restrict how they may use it:
Advertising and analytics partners
We share certain information with advertising and analytics partners so that we can measure our advertising and show you relevant ads. This may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising,” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 5 for details and Section 8 for how to opt out.
Legal, safety, and business transfers
We may disclose personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of 7th Earth Studios, our customers, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site. They fall into three groups.
Necessary cookies are required for the Site to work. They remember your cart, keep you logged in, and route you through checkout securely. These include Shopify cookies such as cart, checkout_token, secure_customer_sig, and _tracking_consent. They cannot be switched off while using the Site.
Analytics and performance cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These include Shopify analytics cookies (such as _shopify_y and _shopify_s) and Google Analytics (_ga, _gid, and related cookies). Google Analytics may collect data such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the device you use. We have not enabled Google Analytics features that collect personally identifiable information beyond what is described in this Policy.
Advertising and social media cookies are set by our advertising partners, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to show you ads for our products on other sites and apps and to measure the results. These include the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) and Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au and related cookies).
Cookies may be “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain on your device for a set period, generally between 30 minutes and two years.
How to manage cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
5. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We use the following advertising and analytics tools. Each partner processes information according to its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API on the Site. These tools collect information about your visit — such as the pages you view, the products you add to cart, and the purchases you make — and send it to Meta. Where you have provided it to us, this may include hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email address, phone number, name, and address, which, according to Meta, it uses to match you to a Meta account and then deletes. Meta uses this information to show you ads for our products on Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network; to measure the performance of our ads; and to build audiences of people with similar interests. Meta may also use this information for its own purposes as described in Meta’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook Ad Preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences and your Instagram settings.
Google (Analytics and Ads)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and Google Ads, including remarketing, to show you ads for our products across Google Search, YouTube, and websites and apps in the Google Display Network. Google uses cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to the Site and to measure conversions. We may also share hashed customer information with Google for measurement and audience purposes (Enhanced Conversions and Customer Match). Information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google’s personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com and prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other platforms
We may run advertising on other platforms, such as TikTok, Pinterest, or Snap, and use their pixels on the Site. If we do, those platforms will be listed in our cookie banner, and this Policy will be updated.
Industry opt-outs
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many partners at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org. Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing.
6. Email and SMS Marketing
If you create an account, make a purchase, or sign up for our newsletter, we may send you marketing emails about our products, offers, and restocks. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, which are necessary to provide the Services.
SMS (text messages)
By providing your mobile number and opting in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box at checkout or by texting a keyword to our number — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Seventh Earth Studios LLC at the number you provided. Messages may include order and shipping notifications, abandoned-cart reminders, promotional offers, restock alerts, and review requests. Message frequency varies.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at omama@7thearthstudios.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messages are sent through our SMS provider, Postscript. We use cookies and similar technologies to identify your cart and send you abandoned-cart reminders by text if you have opted in. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
8. Your Privacy Rights
United States state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions in your state’s law:
Sale and sharing disclosure. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (described in Sections 4 and 5) involves disclosing identifiers, device and usage information, and commercial information to Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and “targeted advertising” under other state laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
How to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. You can opt out by (a) enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser; or (b) contacting us using the details in Section 12. Because a Global Privacy Control opt-out applies only to the browser that sends it, you will need to repeat it if you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device.
Categories of personal information we collect. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, in the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, address, and IP address); customer records (such as billing and shipping information); commercial information (such as purchase history); internet and network activity (such as browsing and interaction with the Site and our ads); approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and inferences drawn from the above to personalize marketing. We have disclosed each of these categories to the service providers described in Section 3 for business purposes, and we have disclosed identifiers, internet activity, and commercial information to Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising as described above. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information other than account login credentials and payment information, which we use only to provide the Services.
How to exercise your rights. To submit a request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, email us at omama@7thearthstudios.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address above. We will need to verify your identity before responding, which we generally do by matching the information in your request to the information in our records and, where necessary, by sending a confirmation to the email address or phone number on file. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authority and may still verify your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and asking for a review; we will respond to your appeal within the period required by your state’s law, and if we uphold our decision we will tell you how to contact your state’s attorney general.
Nevada residents. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still contact us to record a preference.
Notice of Financial Incentive. If we offer a discount or other benefit (for example, a percentage off your first order) in exchange for signing up for email or SMS marketing, that offer is a “financial incentive” under California law. To receive it, you provide your email address and/or mobile number, which we use as described in Section 6. We reasonably estimate the value of this information to be roughly equal to the value of the discount offered, based on the expected revenue from marketing communications minus related costs. Participation is optional, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing from emails or replying STOP to texts.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR to request access to your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in Section 12. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; a list of EEA authorities is available at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en, and the UK authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk.
Marketing opt-outs for everyone
Regardless of where you live, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and opt out of personalized advertising using the links in Section 5.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) across the Site and at checkout, access controls limiting who at 7th Earth Studios can view customer data, and the security measures of our platform provider, Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the Services are hosted and operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, including Canada and Ireland (where Shopify maintains infrastructure). These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which our platform provider incorporates into its data processing terms.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use the Services or provide any personal information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, or from a minor under 16 in a manner inconsistent with applicable state law, we will delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us at omama@7thearthstudios.com.
12. Contact Us

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised Policy on the Site and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as a banner on the Site or an email to the address on your account, where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy takes effect means you accept the changes.
Terms of Service
Seventh Earth Studios LLC
140 School Rd, Raeford, NC 28376, United States
Effective date: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 7thearthstudios.com and any related websites, pages, and services that link to these Terms (together, the “Site”), and your purchase of products from Seventh Earth Studios LLC (“7th Earth Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order (including by clicking “Place order” or a similar button at checkout), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Please read Section 15 carefully. It contains a mandatory arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes between you and us are resolved.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the state where you live if higher, to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
2. Your Account
You may be asked to create an account to place orders or access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, shipping address, and payment method, and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at omama@7thearthstudios.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Products, Descriptions, and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including fabric weight (for example, “520gsm”), fiber content, certifications, fit, and measurements. Fabric weights and measurements are nominal and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Certifications (such as GOTS) refer to the certification status of the relevant fabric or supply chain as documented at the time of production.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Some products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product you may purchase, to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit sales to certain regions or jurisdictions.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is displayed for your region. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may use third-party fraud-screening tools and may ask you to verify your identity or payment details before accepting an order.
If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. We have no obligation to honor a price that is obviously wrong.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion. We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized or reseller activity, a pricing or inventory error, or an inability to verify your payment or shipping information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation when it ships. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
6. Bundles, Multi-Item Discounts, and Promotions
We offer bundle pricing and tiered discounts that apply automatically at checkout when you add qualifying items to your cart (for example, a percentage discount at two, three, or four or more items, or a fixed price for a multi-pack). The following rules apply:
7. Pre-Orders
Some products are offered for pre-order before they are in stock. When you place a pre-order:
8. Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship an order within the time stated at checkout (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Refunds for orders cancelled under this paragraph are issued within 7 business days, or within one billing cycle for card payments. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, and additional charges may apply to reship them.
For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees, unless they were collected at checkout. Refusing a shipment does not entitle you to a refund of shipping or duties.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://7thearthstudios.com/policies/refund-policy, and are initiated through our Return Center at https://7thearthstudios.returnscenter.com. Items must be returned in the condition described in the Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; size exchanges are issued as store credit. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. Product Guarantees
If we offer a guarantee on a product (for example, a durability or wash guarantee), the terms of that guarantee are set out on the product page or on a dedicated guarantee page, and those terms govern. A guarantee covers the specific condition stated and does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Unless a written guarantee says otherwise, Section 17 applies.
11. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at omama@7thearthstudios.com so we can resolve it. If you initiate a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may dispute the chargeback and may decline future orders from you.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and everything on it — including text, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product names, and the “7th Earth Studios” and “Seventh Earth Studios” names and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to our pages and products.
13. User Content, Reviews, and Social Media
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, or other content to the Site (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that User Content in connection with our business, including in advertising, without compensation to you. You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content, that it is accurate and genuine, and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
Reviews must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience with the product. We do not pay for positive reviews, and we do not suppress or edit reviews based on their rating. If you received a free product, discount, or other compensation in connection with a review or post, you must disclose it clearly, as required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides.
We may remove any User Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for User Content submitted by others.
If you participate in our creator or affiliate program, the separate program terms you agree to when joining also apply.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or our products to do any of the following: violate any law or regulation; infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights; submit false or misleading information; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site or collect personal information about others; interfere with the security or operation of the Site; place orders for resale without our written permission; use automated tools to purchase products; or impersonate any person or entity. We may terminate your access to the Site for violating these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It limits the ways you can seek relief from us.
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at omama@7thearthstudios.com with a description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days of receiving your notice. Most disputes are resolved this way.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from us (together, “Disputes”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at https://www.adr.org. The arbitrator will have the authority to award the same relief a court could award to you individually. Arbitration hearings, if any, will take place in the county where you live or by video conference, at your choice.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with a government agency.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will be severed and brought in court, and the remaining claims will proceed in arbitration.
Jury trial waiver. To the extent any Dispute is heard in court rather than arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending an email to omama@7thearthstudios.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms (for a first-time customer, the date of your first order). Your email must include your full name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Survival. This Section 15 survives termination of these Terms and the completion of any purchase.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 15, any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hoke County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you live outside the United States, you may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express written guarantee we provide under Section 10, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are free of errors. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. If we provide a written guarantee on a product, any implied warranties on that product are not disclaimed but are limited to the duration of that guarantee, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seventh Earth Studios LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seventh Earth Studios LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your misuse of the Site or our products.
20. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may offer access to third-party tools (such as payment providers, shipping tracking, review platforms, or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, tools, or content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.
21. SMS and Email Communications
By opting in to SMS at checkout or through our subscription tools, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Seventh Earth Studios LLC at the mobile number you provide, including order and shipping updates, abandoned-cart reminders, offers, restock alerts, and review requests. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact us at omama@7thearthstudios.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is operated with Postscript. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. Our handling of your contact information is described in our Privacy Policy.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel pending orders, or refuse future orders at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Site, our business, or other customers. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 9 through 21 and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Site with its effective date. Changes take effect when posted, except that changes to Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) will not apply to any Dispute for which you provided notice to us before the change was posted. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Site.
24. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific guarantee or program terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. Headings are for convenience only. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. Ambiguities will not be construed against either party as the drafter.
