- Customs and Duties for International Orders: We do not cover customs and duties fees except for a few locations. These include: United Kingdom, Australia, UAE. For USA and canada there is no fees as we ship from USA.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: First, we recommend verifying the shipping address you enter at checkout. If uncertain, consider using a more reliable address, such as your parent's address. In most cases, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is likely that a friend or family member has collected it. Check with them first. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping courier used in your order. Our Manufacturing Facility was established in 1994 in Pakistan. While working with larger brands world-wide we decided to push our textile expertise in minimal luxury knit wear; and Seventh Earth Studios was born.
Our passion is excellence in textiles where unfortunately many brands fall short due to lack of knowledge or cost cutting. We don't entertain that.
