DYE:
All our fabric is dyed using iso-certified dye made from natural mineral dying processes, utilizing natural resources and fresh water. Please keep in mind that due to using natural dye processes the image and the product may have slight differences in shade.

SE-Tech Proprietary Fleece:
Developed in house in our Yarn mill in Pakistan, this is a custom fabric that starts at the yarn level. We utilize high yarn singles while maintaining a high gsm which allows for a fine luxurious fabric while maintaining weight. While 460-500 gsm blanks in the market utilize singles from 16/1 - 28/1 our singles surpass this. Each layer of the fleece utilizes pure fresh 100% cotton while our inner lining maximizes the ratio of cotton to create a hybrid fleece/french terry lining.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping time: All orders ship within 24-48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends & Holidays.
- Pre-Orders: Products marked as "pre-order" are shipped within 5-8 weeks.
- Customs and Duties for International Orders: All shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for customs and duties unless you place a direct bulk order from the factory. For direct factory orders, please contact us separately. If you reject a delivery due to Customs charges you will not be refunded.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: First, we recommend verifying the shipping address you enter at checkout. If uncertain, consider using a more reliable address, such as your parent's address. In most cases, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is likely that a friend or family member has collected it. Check with them first. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping courier used in your order. We can assist or advise with lost packages but do not offer replacements or refunds in these cases, as this policy could be exploited to obtain free items.
- Bulk orders: Shipping time always depends on the quantity. Unless specifically ordering fast shipping blanks; it can take any-where from 3-8 weeks to complete a request also depending on volume. Bulk is considered anything above 50 units.

Natural Mineral Dye - Pantones
We set our pantones as per the product pages - however the dye process utilizes natural minerals and fresh water - as this is a fully natural process garments may present slightly different shades.
Each piece is unique utilizing cotton that is picked within 3 months of garment construction.
Wash Instructions
HAND-WASH IS RECOMMENDED!
Hang dry / flat dry.
20 temp cold wash.
Best if NO machine used.
warning ⚠️ pure cotton so there will be 0-3% margin of shrinkage on first wash.
Each color of a garment has a different density and shrinkage margin; with the low end being 0% to high end being 3%.
If machine washing, use cold water
Do not use a machine dryer or iron.
We are not responsible for damage if machine wash instructions are not followed OR EXTRA shrinkage on FIRST wash if you don't follow the above instructions.
Optimal for DTG/Embroidery
Our Custom Fabric is made to make DTG prints higher in quality and more efficient. Standard blanks in the market despite claiming 100% cotton have polyester cut into the garment which gets in the way of DTG absorbing correctly.
In addition other cotton blanks in the market are treated with a silicon wash which provides an artificial softness to the garment. Silicon finishes and washes interfere with the pre-treat process of the garment and reduces the rate and quality of absorption of DTG.
Seventh Earth Ultra Luxury Blanks maintain the purity of cotton without any additives or stuffing of polyester which allows for seamless and pristine DTG Garment printing.
