Shipping Policy
- Shipping time: All orders ship within 24-48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends & Holidays.
- Pre-Orders: Products marked as "pre-order" are shipped within 5-8 weeks.
- Customs and Duties for International Orders: All shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for customs and duties unless you place a direct bulk order from the factory. For direct factory orders, please contact us separately. If you reject a delivery due to Customs charges you will not be refunded.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: First, we recommend verifying the shipping address you enter at checkout. If uncertain, consider using a more reliable address, such as your parent's address. In most cases, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is likely that a friend or family member has collected it. Check with them first. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping courier used in your order. We can assist or advise with lost packages but do not offer replacements or refunds in these cases, as this policy could be exploited to obtain free items.
- Bulk orders: Shipping time always depends on the quantity. Unless specifically ordering fast shipping blanks; it can take any-where from 3-8 weeks to complete a request also depending on volume. Bulk is considered anything above 50 units.

Our Manufacturing Facility was established in 1994 in Pakistan. A deep rooted passion and craft in knit-wear along with doing knit procedures in house allows us to push the limits on excellent garment fabrication.
Fabric composition and construction is where most brands in the sustainable industry fall short; through cost cutting or lack of knowledge. We don't entertain that.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We do not cover customs and duties currently for international orders.

We are certified by SEDEX, WRAP, CTPAT, GOTS (When GOTS garments are constructed), & Pima (When Pima garments are constructed)

We are a Yarn to end manufacturer of luxury knit wear garments. We control the whole process - a luxury most brands don't have.
We own our own factory where all fabric is knit and finished.
Cotton/Yarn is sourced from all over the world - Primarily Pakistan; in regards to Pima we import certified Pima direct from USA.
