Refund policy

Company note: Please read the policy in full and thoroughly before ordering anything from our store. We will not tolerate anything outside of our policy below nor make amends to it.
We are wholly aware where our quality and craftsmanship stands not only as a wholesale blank provider but retailer - unmatched. As a manufacturer that has already worked with larger brands and constantly doing R&D we know and are aware of the quality of most if not all Fleece/terry/jersey in the market. Finishes, their tolerance and their short comings. We also sell different levels of blanks, for example our Y series fleece and D series french terry is top of the line in their categories. T32 is top of the line in shirts. Our 400gsm blanks are mid level which is clearly stated on our website and meant to be a quick affordable option and not meant to be part of our top line luxury blanks.
Garments sold on our website on the retail end would not sell except for 4 times the price if a brand were to sell them in regards to the quality of fabric, paid labor, and QC. We will also do not tolerate retail shoppers telling us how a garment should or should not be constructed, that is preference and each of our garments is engineered in regards to heavier gsm organic fabrics which are much more complicated than department store clothing. We will also not tolerate defamation or chargebacks because you did not read the policy below prior to ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
- All items are eligible for size exchanges up-to 5 days of receiving delivery. Items must be brand new with tags attached. If they are not then we will simply send the item back. Size exchanges are FREE and covered by 7thearthstudios as long as it is within 5 days of delivery and the order value is $175+. After 5 day period the shipping label must be paid for by the customer to and from.
- Timeline after return label is provided: After a return label is provided by us for a return/exchange and it is not used within 3 business days of the issuance we will void the label and the return is no longer valid.
- Size exchanges: Free size exchanges are available on orders where there is no discount used above 20% of value or a clearance sale item. Otherwise any order wherein there is a coupon used that exceeds any garment being discounted more than 20% off (for example we sometimes do buy 2 get 1 free promos) these are not eligible for free exchanges, and the shipping from and to the facility will be charged.
- All items are eligible for a refund within 5 days of delivery given they are in brand new condition with tags attached. If they are returned to our facility and there is any sign of usage (smell/stains/tears) we will not refund, and will either send the item back or keep it. Shipping costs are not refundable.

damaged items: All damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the delivery with photos and images provided. NO EXCEPTIONS - It is your duty to check the garment within delivery if a defect or damaged has slipped past the crack. Email omama@7thearthstudios.com with images and order number. If the garment indeed is considered a defect we will replace with the same color and size.
- Manufacturing tolerance: We create extremely heavy garments with organic cotton that are made by hand, there is some tolerance levels and will not be counted or considered as a defect. This would include minor loose threads on the garment seams, fly yarn which is unavoidable at times (a light color garment that might have a small red spot or silver spot - this is a yarn that landed on our yarn while the knitting process). This can be picked out carefully. Small dust spots ARE not a defect and can be washed with the first cold wash. In manufacturing there is a 2% tolerance level.
- IF a damaged item is reported after 5 days 7thearthstudios is not responsible and there is no way we can confirm if the purchaser was the cause of the damage. And we will simply not accept the claim.
- What is a defect? Torn garments, holes in the garment, large oil stains, considerable stitching error which disrupts the garments silhouette or pattern (i.e one arm is considerably longer than the other)
- Color may look different from website: A product photo and real item always has 5% variance in color as well as we use natural mineral dyes to create rich and natural dyes - this is not a defect or a problem, its what comes with purchasing organic natural fabrics.
- Shrinkage and color fading: We are not creating synthetic garments or metal boxes. There is a shrinkage tolerance of 1.9% in width and 2.9% in length. The international standard of shrinkage tolerance on cotton items despite pre-shrunk modalities is under 4% and our garments stand by that. Expect anywhere from 0.5-1.25 inches in shrinkage after the first 3 washes (it will not go above this - so when you purchase garments plan for this as the final size by checking the size chart), it will not exceed this further given wash instructions are followed and cared after. Our garments also do not fade or bleed color as long as the wash instructions are catered too.
- We do not accept order cancellations on same day shipping items; we aim to ship items within 1-2 hours of placing an order. If you put a request to cancel the order it will not be accepted.
- Sale items are FINAL. Any item purchased on a flash sale or clearance is not open to refund.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If items show delivered from our tracking to the address and the buyer says it was stolen or lost we are unable to assist, and will not issue a refund under any circumstance. In the case a package through tracking shows "in transit" or "out for delivery" and we find out that the carrier lost the package we will do our best to assist in making sure the delivery goes through. At times the carrier needs a week or two extra to sort itself out if not then our team will assist the buyer.
Pre-order refunds
- Part of our method to produce accurate inventory and keep our garments accessible to purchase is our pre-order system. We have been consistently running out of stock so now we allow customers to purchase items that are on production in cycle at our factory. This allows for lower rates because the wait times are longer.
- We allow for a cancellation and refund of a pre-order within 7 days of placing the pre-order order. Aside from that if a pre-order does not ship within 7 days of the expected ship date you are also eligible for a refund.
Refunds take 14 business days to be sent back to your account.
Order cancellation on bulk orders
We do not accept pre-emptive refunds on bulk orders past 10 days of placing an order; each order is worked on individually and we start the process after payment is made.
International Returns
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.
