• Shipping time: All orders ship within 24-48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends & Holidays.
• Pre-order shipping: Please read the product description, we aim to ship all pre-orders within the date specified above in the product description.
• Customs and Duties for International Orders: We do not cover customs and duties fees except for a few locations. These include: United Kingdom, Australia, UAE. For USA and canada there is no fees as we ship from USA.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: First, we recommend verifying the shipping address you enter at checkout. If uncertain, consider using a more reliable address, such as your parent's address. In most cases, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is likely that a friend or family member has collected it. Check with them first. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping courier used in your order.
